Cacao translate for “food for the gods” and it was used in ceremonies by the ancestors of South and Central America, and they found that Cacao was used 5000 years ago. Cacao nourishes the body the mind and the soul; the ceremonies of Cacao are portals that softly reconnect us to our sacred nature and increased self awareness, expansion and healing. The participants in general feel a warm opening of their hearts and experience lightness, dance fluently and connect easily with their inner space increasing their creativity, to some females have gotten back the stability and their menstrual cycles and release emotional blocks. The Cacao Ceremony has different properties that help you not just physically also support you mentally and emotionally receiving the sacred medicine of the Cacao help us grounding ourselves with Gaia the Mother Earth the Paccha mama and connect us with the Universal energy of oneness.
