NIGHTLY CEREMONIES WITH SACRED AYAHUASCA

​

Immerse into the heart of the Peruvian Amazon Jungle into a mystic and magical world of sacred plants and go through the unique experience of discovering your unique self and connecting with the oneness of the Universe surrounded by the Peruvian Rain Forest.

In these ceremonies we will provide all the wisdom and healing arts from our Shamans, indigenous members of the Shipibo tribe, they will bless us with their healing powers through years of dedicated integration of hundreds of plants, join us to experience being open to being healed by the sacred medicine of mother Ayahuasca while our experienced shamans are singing their Icaros, music that is performed by the Shamans but in reality is the plant singing through them, their symphonies are impossible to explain with words, but are pieces of art.

• We meet in Pucallpa where each participant will be picked up from the airport and brought to the Hotel, from there we take a boat ride that will take us to our destination deeper into the Amazon jungle.

Our ceremonies

• Small group ayahuasca ceremonies max 10-12 Participants

• We love to give our participants a genuine experience of the Amazon rainforest so that you can have a deeper connection with nature far away from all the noise and distractions of technology and city life being surrounded by the beauty and majesty of the Amazon rainforest is healing itself.

• After each ceremony the next day we will join into the Sacred Circle to share and report our experiences and thoughts, these are completely voluntary, but this process but its greatly beneficial, as it opens your heart chakra, help to clear your throat chakra, and align you with the medicine of the plant and help with the integration of the medicine with the surroundings in a warm and safe space created with the small group of participants that after an experience like this will build strong bonds as a soul family

• Activity excursion to hot and cold thermal spring waters in Aguatias Regalias.

• Day trip to Santa Teresita community to visit the oldest and biggest tree of YAGE from the area

Accommodations

While we are still working on the development of our Healing Center, we partnered with our favorite Hotel at the city center where their rooms are private, simple, and clean with a private bathroom and AC if need it, located on the center of Pucallpa, as the moment our bungalows are under construction at our center.

Food

We partnered with our favorite local vegetarian restaurant, Our food is natural, fresh, including salads, vegetable stews, quinoa, rice and soy products, plantain, potato, yucca, rice,  we have a vegetarian diet, let us know in advance if you have any restrictions.

The Ayahuasca Dieta

​We recommend avoiding foods high in tyramine for about 24 hours before drinking ayahuasca, it is more likely that you would get a severe headache. This will include the following foods:

Fermented foods like soya sauce/Tamari, soya bean paste/curd (like Miso or Tofu), beer, vermouth, wine, aged/moldy cheese (cheddar, Parmesan,

Swiss cheese, blue cheese), yeast, mature avocado, eggplant, figs, grapes, pineapple, plums, raisins, prunes, broad beans, fava beans, lentils, peanuts, dried milk, sour cream, yogurt, buttermilk, chocolate, Vegemite and sauerkraut.

If you want to receive the full benefits of the master sacred plant Ayahuasca try to follow the pre dieta 3 to 5 days in advance, otherwise, one day in advance will do, these are some of the lists to avoid

• Hot peppers or anything spicy in general

• Onions or garlic

• Fermented foods

• Salt (a small amount is usually ok)

• Processed/Refined sugar

• Caffeine or any kind of stimulant

• Pork

• Oil or dry foods

• Sexual intercourse and stimulation, including masturbation

If you want to start your diet back home, try fruit, vegetables, grains very simple and natural organic as possible, with minimal spices, salt, alcohol, or stimulants.

It’s vital to show respect for the sacred journey you are about to embark on. You should start the diet at least 24 hours before you drink Ayahuasca

Disclosure

​

• We must receive a separate registration from each participant and will be sent when you register.

• If you’re taking any medication and will need to stop taking it  6 weeks before the retreat starts, please contact us before registering.

• If you have any kind of serious medical condition, please also contact us before registering.

• After the initial registration, you will receive a welcome package with details of the complete itinerary, as well as a couple of other handy information to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Payment and Deposit

• Initial registration payment  of  50%  will be required to secure your spot in the Ayahuasca Retreat (20% of that would be non-refundable)

• The amount would be deducted from the total amount of the retreat package 

• The rest of the payment will be collected in US$ dollars in cash on the first day of the retreat, with no exceptions.

• Initial registration payment will be collected via PayPal and the transfer fee will be covered by the participant same which will be added to your remaining balance to be paid on the first day of the retreat.

Once we have received your personal information form, motivation letter and 10 min call (set up at your convenience) from us and after that you will need to buy your flight tickets to Lima and Pucallpa airport and send us both flights information (date of arrival, time, flight number and airline) for pick up.

Forms

Personal Information, motivation letter as well as health information is required, Please disclose any health or dietary challenges in advance we want to support you as much as we can. To set up your registration form, fill out the Pre-Screening form which is located at the bottom of our retreat page here on our website, as well to get the details about the payment deposit that is due before April 17th, 2020.

After the acceptance of your Pre-Screening form and registration deposit, we will send you a welcome package email with some valuable information, recommendations, and tips to help you get ready for our retreat.

Flights

Once we have received your personal information form, motivation letter and 15 min call from us you will need to buy your flight tickets to Lima and Pucallpa airport and send us both flight information (date of arrival, time, flight number and airline).

• First flight your country of origin to Lima - Peru, if you come after hours and do not have the possibility to book your flight to Pucallpa the same day, you will have to stay the night in Lima and get to Pucallpa next day, most flights are available at early morning.

• Second flight Lima to Pucallpa

• After you arrived in Pucallpa we will pick you up from the airport, all transportation is cover from the Pretty Profundo Staff during the period of your retreat.​

Note: When you arrive in Lima, please be sure you take a cab inside the airport not outside.

Not Include

• Flight tickets national or international not included

• Sodas or alcoholic beverages

• Gratitude to the personal is voluntary not required

• No coverage of health insurance or health issues, we highly recommend getting travel insurance in your country of origin.

QUESTIONS BEFORE EMBARKING ON  YOUR PERSONAL JOURNEY WITH MOTHER AYAHUASCA

How do I know if I’m ready to experience Ayahuasca?

If you are considering drinking ayahuasca, here are some questions you may want to consider first. If you answer ‘NO’ to half or more of the questions, probably is not the right time for you to experience Ayahuasca.

• Have you felt a strong call to work with the medicine?

• Do you have a reason for wanting to work with ayahuasca?

• Are you aware of emotional wounds, past traumas or illnesses that require healing? If so, do you have a strong will to heal them – no matter what?

• Do you usually welcome change and new experiences into your life?

• Do you understand that Ayahuasca is much more than just a psychedelic trip or drug experience?

• Do you understand that consciousness-altering substances can be medicinal and facilitate deep healing?

• Can you be comfortable with, or at least open to, the idea of temporarily losing control of your mind (and sometimes your body) for a few hours?

• Do you have a desire to find a new or greater purpose in your life?

• Do you try to take full responsibility for your life and your decisions, instead of always blaming other people or situations for your problems?

• Do you trust your intuition?

• Have you already done research into the effects of Ayahuasca?

• Do you consider yourself open-minded?

If you answered mostly ‘Yes’, then you’re probably ready to experience Ayahuasca.
